The Method
Tie the camel. Then trust in Allah.
A man asked the Prophet ﷺ whether to tie his camel or trust Allah. He was told: tie it first. You have been doing the trusting. This is the tying.

The method in four lines
- Anchor - fix the intention before the plan. The man, not the number.
- Architect - build training and food around the real week: prayer, work, fasting, family.
- Account - send the numbers every week; fix what slips while it is still small.
- Three phases - Restore, Rebuild, Reign - and it is built to finish.
Anchor → Architect → Account
Three Parts, In Order
It is a sequence, not a menu. Skip the first part and the other two do not hold.
Fix the intention first
Not “lose 20 pounds.” The man you are trying to become - for your family, for your salah, for the years you want to be standing not sitting. Every training and nutrition decision after this gets built backwards from that answer. Most plans skip this and wonder why motivation runs out in week three.
Build around the real week
Your prayer times. Your work hours. Suhoor and iftar. The days you fast. Thirty days of Ramadan. What your family is already cooking. The plan is drawn to fit the week you actually have - not a week that assumes none of that exists.
Read the numbers every week
You send real data. I read it the way an owner reads his books. If something is drifting, we change it that week - not when you finally notice three months later. Accountability is the product. Everything else is just the paperwork around it.
Five Daily Habits
The Five
Five things you do every day. Each takes minutes; together they are the whole foundation.
Why It's Remote
The Math On In-Person
Remote coaching is what reaches the ninety-nine percent of your week that happens outside a gym.
Three gym sessions a week with a trainer is about one percent of your week. He sees you lift. He does not see the other hundred-and-sixty-five hours.
An online coach covers the other ninety-nine percent - the meals, the sleep, the suhoor, the schedule, the days you do not feel like it. That is where the result is actually won or lost.
Three Phases
Built To Finish
The point is not to keep you. The point is that you leave able to run it yourself.
Restore
Get the basic habits going and start tracking. Nothing fancy - just consistent.
Rebuild
Stay consistent while I read your numbers every week and adjust.
Reign
You run it on your own and I only confirm you are reading it right.
The goal is that you do not need me at the end.
Start Where You Are
Two minutes, free, and you will know where you actually stand - plus a full week of halal meals. Decide about coaching later.
